About the role

This role acts as the primary functional and technical steward for the Yardi ERP platform, ensuring stability, data integrity, system integrations, and alignment with finance and operational processes across the organization.
With your critical thinking, professionalism, strong interpersonal, and exceptional organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in our success.

Provide first-line support for end users experiencing issues with Yardi platforms (e.g., Yardi Voyager, Yardi RentCafé, Yardi PayScan, Yardi Procure to Pay, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to identify, resolve, and escalate technical challenges when necessary.
Serve as Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Yardi-related issues.
Partner with Service Desk for intake and escalation.
Liaise directly with Yardi support and external consultants for complex issues.
Perform regular updates and patches to Yardi systems to ensure software is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
Maintain user permissions and roles within the system, ensuring data integrity and security.
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles for ongoing user support.
Support preparing ad-hoc reports and assist with data analysis from Yardi systems to support business decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Yardi ERP in a production environment, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management.
Proficiency in Yardi systems and related modules.
Solid understanding of database management and SQL used for analysis, reconciliation, and validation (not development).
Solid understanding of database management and SQL for querying and reporting.
Familiarity with system integration concepts and practices.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders at all levels.
