Responsibilities
- Solve stakeholder problems by understanding their business objectives and crafting the best research design to help achieve these objectives
- Help design and manage qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including developing research instruments, managing fielding, analyzing data, writing reports, etc.
- Leverage data to build a strong narrative through thoughtful and robust analysis, while also leveraging third party data to contextualize and amplify the learnings
- Work with and manage research vendors to ensure adherence to industry best practices, stated timelines, contracted deliverables and high data quality
- Conduct world-class research: Contribute to building proprietary research and insights assets
- Drive impact: Play a critical role in delivering on a strategic goal for NBCU ad sales in 2026 and beyond

Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in primary research, designing and managing complex projects and consulting with clients and/or internal stakeholders
- Statistics knowledge and experience required
- ability to conduct advanced statistical analyses is an advantage but not required
- Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills including past success managing clients/stakeholders and vendors
- A critical piece of this strategy is maintaining a deep understanding of consumer perceptions and behaviors, and leveraging those insights and expertise to help our advertising clients meet their business objectives.
- As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a relevant field preferred (Business, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, etc)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools like R, SPSS and/or SAS preferred
- Previous experience in advertising sales, a media/tech company or an agency is preferred

- $62,000 - $80,000
