About the role
- This role sits at the intersection of data, pricing, and go-to-market execution, ensuring our teams have the insights and tools needed to maximize revenue impact.
- You'll join a growing Pricing & Monetization team at a pivotal time, shaping the data strategy that underpins how we price, package, and scale.
- Working cross-functionally with Product Ops, Sales, Data, and Business Value Consulting, you'll be the go-to expert for monetization analytics, dashboards, and pricing measurement frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain monetization-specific data models and dashboards in partnership with Product Ops and Data.
- Support BVC with pilot deal baselining using customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and revenue benchmarks.
- Design automated alerts and exception reports to flag deal-level outliers.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for QBRs, vertical reviews, and strategic deep dives.
- Support pricing tests and experiments with statistical rigor, ensuring reliable, actionable insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics or monetization analytics, ideally in software/SaaS or e-commerce.
- Experience with customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of partnering across Product, Sales, and Data teams.
- Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and dashboarding (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in analytics, economics, finance, or related field.
