About the role

This role sits at the intersection of data, pricing, and go-to-market execution, ensuring our teams have the insights and tools needed to maximize revenue impact.
You'll join a growing Pricing & Monetization team at a pivotal time, shaping the data strategy that underpins how we price, package, and scale.
Working cross-functionally with Product Ops, Sales, Data, and Business Value Consulting, you'll be the go-to expert for monetization analytics, dashboards, and pricing measurement frameworks.

Build and maintain monetization-specific data models and dashboards in partnership with Product Ops and Data.
Support BVC with pilot deal baselining using customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and revenue benchmarks.
Design automated alerts and exception reports to flag deal-level outliers.
Provide ad-hoc analytical support for QBRs, vertical reviews, and strategic deep dives.
Support pricing tests and experiments with statistical rigor, ensuring reliable, actionable insights.

5+ years of experience in pricing analytics or monetization analytics, ideally in software/SaaS or e-commerce.
Experience with customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and financial modeling.
Proven ability to conduct rigorous statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
Collaborative mindset with a track record of partnering across Product, Sales, and Data teams.
Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and dashboarding (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in analytics, economics, finance, or related field.
