About the role

  • DRC is one of the nation's premier trial strategy and data analysis firms.
  • For nearly 30 years, leading law firms and high‑profile litigators have relied on DRC to gain a measurable strategic advantage in high‑stakes litigation.
  • This is not a traditional Monday-Friday, 9-5 role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop demonstrative concepts and presentation materials for prospective matters, often with incomplete or evolving information
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, consultants, and strategy teams to align visuals with persuasive objectives
  • Support the creation of marketing decks, branded materials, and firm presentations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Our work sits at the intersection of litigation strategy, social psychology, data analysis, and information design.
  • This position focuses on developing persuasive, client‑facing demonstrative aids and visual narratives used in pitches, proposals, and other business development efforts, as well as supporting select firm marketing initiatives.
  • The work you create will be reviewed directly by prospective clients and used to help them decide whether to retain DRC on major matters.
  • It is ideal for someone who is comfortable developing visuals from incomplete or evolving information and who takes ownership of work that directly impacts business outcomes.
  • This role is not ideal for someone seeking a purely production‑based or strictly scheduled design job, or for designers whose primary interest is conceptual exploration without tight deadlines or client‑facing stakes.

Requirements

  • Advanced vector illustration skills (minimum 2+ years)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly without sacrificing clarity or judgment
  • Comfort working nights and weekends as required by project flow
  • 2-4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a consulting, legal, or other high‑pressure client‑facing environment
