About the role
- You'll analyze forecasts, monitor material usage, and adjust plans to meet changing production schedules or supply chain disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand plans, ensuring accurate inputs within plans and the Bills of Material feeding into those plans
- Create and manage Clear to Build reporting to provide visibility to stakeholders
- Manage digital allocation of material in MRP
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Finance and Accounting teams to develop processes for working within MRP and related data

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience of material planning or supply chain management in the aerospace industry
- Experience working with MRP in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply allocation, and management of master data
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment with engineering, production, and finance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, electrical, aerospace, mathematics, or other relevant engineering discipline
- 2+ years in a new product introduction environment
- Prior experience planning for space grade material
- Experience implementing AS9100 or completing AS9100 audits

- Compensation and Benefits:
Benefits
- Base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 + equity in the company
- Salary will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level
