Responsibilities
- Understand the Business - Learn how our clients' systems and processes work and how they support business goals.
- Analyze & Solve Problems - Investigate issues, analyze information, and develop practical solutions to technical and business problems.
- Work with Clients & Teammates - Collaborate with client stakeholders and teammates to refine requirements, gather information, and communicate progress.
- Apply Technical Skills - Use your technical knowledge to build, test, analyze, and improve solutions across different technologies and environments.
- Own Your Work - Take responsibility for your work from initial analysis and design through testing and delivery.
- Build Financial Knowledge - Develop an understanding of finance, capital markets, and the businesses our clients support.
- Grow as a Consultant - Learn from experienced Galateans, seek feedback, and develop the skills needed to work effectively with clients and teammates.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work effectively with teammates, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Must have already earned at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
- Galatea is seeking candidates who have completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree and are available to start in the near term.
- Candidates must be willing to work fully in the office based on their client assignment.
- Travel to client offices may also be required.
