About the role
- We're looking for a sharp, operationally excellent leader to serve as an internal consultant and problem-solver across the organization.
- If you thrive in ambiguity, love turning messy problems into structured plans, and know how to move stakeholders to action, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured problem-solving efforts - framing the challenge, building consensus around a path forward, and driving cross-functional alignment on the right solution.
- Document current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies and gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for operational improvement.
- Maintain laser focus on aligning strategic initiatives with company goals. Quantify opportunities, set targets, measure and communicate impact to executive leadership.
- Strong structured thinking - able to break down complex, ambiguous problems and build clear frameworks for action
- While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, they're often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a high-velocity operational role
- Proven track record of owning and delivering cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Exceptional communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience scaling and maturing business functions from early stages
- Experience in an internal strategy or BizOps function at a fast-growing company
