About the role

Working across social advertising platforms, you'll help plan campaigns, test creative and audience strategies, and continuously improve performance.
Our team is primarily based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, but we encourage candidates from across Canada to apply.
To refine results, you test different ad creatives, formats, audiences, and placements across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit. - Performance analysis.

Social campaign strategy & planning. You develop paid social strategies based on client goals and needs, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
Ad & budget management. You adjust channels, tactics, and budgets to optimize clients' campaigns and ensure they reach and deliver against goals.
You create reports to help clients understand ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Client service. As one of the go-to contacts for your clients, you build trust and rapport by meeting deadlines, proactively problem-solving, and conveying information clearly.
Communication & collaboration. You focus on building strong and trusting relationships with your internal teams and client partners.
You develop paid social strategies based on client goals and needs, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
