Responsibilities
- Propose and implement technical initiatives based on product roadmap needs
- Lead technical design discussions, contribute to team decisions, and provide feedback on engineering approaches

Requirements
- If you have experience on fast-moving teams, scaling infrastructure with an eye towards reliability, and relentlessly optimizing: we want to talk to you.
- 4+ years of experience building and managing production infrastructure
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (New Relic, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices, network isolation, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment systems
- Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, vector databases, object storage)
- Some travel may be required.
Compensation
- The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000-$250,000. In addition to base salary, we offer meaningful equity. We want everyone here to have ownership in what we're building.
