Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, team allocations and work-back schedules, closely monitoring progress to ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Track and manage the GTM Marketing Budget and actuals including agencies, monitoring expenditures to ensure projects remain on time and within budget parameters set by leadership and the Franchise Groups.
  • Develop and operate a central system for tracking all creative assets, including those developed internally and those received from strategic partners.
  • Document, track, and monitor asset rights, usage limitations, and expiration dates to ensure all marketing activities remain legally compliant.
  • Act as point-person within Go-to-Market for any campaign events, managing and maintaining events or activations, coordinating logistics and dependencies with internal and external partners.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison, facilitating efficient communication and workflow between Global Go-to-Market team and key partners including Franchise Groups, Creative, Media and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).

Nice to have

  • Experience with asset management systems is a plus.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200 and $148,320 per Year.

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager to join the Core Games 2K Global Go-to-Market team.
  • This role will serve as the central operational hub for all go-to-market initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication, and adherence to timelines across the entire life cycle of all projects and programs.
  • You will be responsible for orchestrating the workflow, keeping key stakeholders informed, and providing the necessary visibility for final approvals and strategic decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills who thrives on driving projects to successful completion in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Project Orchestration & Timeline Management
  • Facilitate the go-to-market process from initial concept through to final integrated and lifecycle planning, ensuring scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and documented for leadership review.
  • Proactively identify potential project dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders and leadership for timely resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
  • Prepare and circulate regular, detailed status updates and progress reports, ensuring Senior Director and final approvers have clear visibility into all project phases.
  • Plan and coordinate one-off special projects and internal functions, such as team offsites and workshops.
