Responsibilities
- We rely on our Analytics Manager to build a high-performing team and a culture of curiosity.
- Lead and develop a team of business and data analysts, providing coaching, career growth support, and day-to-day guidance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical frameworks, KPIs, and reporting strategies.
- Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, models, and data solutions built on Snowflake, dBT, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Drive data quality and governance standards in partnership with data engineering and BI teams.
- Develop and implement data strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and successfully execute solutions.
- Provide world-class analytical support for the global commercial organization.
- Proven track record to lead and grow analytical talent - including hiring, performance management, and mentorship.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data or business analytics, with at least 2-3 years in a people management or team lead role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytical best practices.

Compensation
- $125,900 - $188,900 USD
