About the role

  • Think of the Aesthetic Coordinator as the air traffic controller of the studio.
  • This role is entirely operational, and that's exactly what makes it foundational.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard - room to room, shift to shift
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
  • Ownership & Accountability - the state of the studio is a direct reflection of your standard, and you own it
  • You don't run the patient experience from the front - you build the runway that makes it possible.
  • Every provider who performs flawlessly, every tray set before it's needed, every break that runs on time - that's you.
  • We're looking for individuals ready to build a rewarding career in aesthetics - ones who lead with integrity, serve with heart, and never lose sight of the patient's well-being.

Nice to have

  • MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a plus - not required

Compensation

  • 40k-60k; (hourly role)
