About the role
- As an Infrastructure Administrator, this person is responsible for the daily administration of Linux and Unix servers in a business application environment.
- Candidate should be able to work with business application administrators, helping fix their applications and guide them with standard methodologies.
- Individual should be self-motivated with very good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Documentation - Maintain all system documentation.
- Demonstrable ability to perform UNIX builds such as RHEL
- Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate across teams and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements
- This person must have excellent Linux/Unix administration experience, with customer relation skills.
- Candidate must be able to express thoughts clearly and capable of working in a team or as a sole contributor.
- In-depth experience with Unix/Linux servers (especially RHEL, CentOS, SUSE) for installation, configuration, patching, and solve.
- Unix/Linux System Administration: In-depth experience with Unix/Linux servers (especially RHEL, CentOS, SUSE) for installation, configuration, patching, and solve.
- Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, etc.) to streamline deployments and manage configurations.
Skills
- Operational experience with Ansible and Terraform are beneficial.

Compensation
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $132,100 -- $250,875 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
- In California, the pay range for this position is $173,300 - $250,875
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
