About the role

Recognizing the diversity of women's experience in today's society, our programs seek to address a range of issues in a woman's life that may contribute to substance use and gambling concerns.
Understanding each woman's experience within the broader physical, emotional, social, cultural and gender framework, we provide a client-centered approach to health.
Working hours may include day and evening shifts This is a hybrid role, with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote Rate of Pay: $34.10 - $39.89 (22.5 hours/ week) How will you help to get us there?

The Family Counsellor provides therapeutic support to individuals, and families experiencing relational, emotional, behavioral, or situational challenges.
Develop and implement a therapeutic relationship to address factors contributing to substance use, trauma and/or family related challenges.
Administration Maintain documentation of relevant client interactions and interventions, and contacts with collateral supports.
Develop and maintain attendance tracking and evaluation tools Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate care and referrals.
