About the role

  • You will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of on-demand charter flights - from quote to execution - ensuring a flawless client experience.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and industry intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and manage a high-value client portfolio (UHNWI, corporate accounts, family offices, etc.)
  • Build and deliver bespoke commercial offers and charter quotes in a competitive environment
  • Negotiate, close, and manage contracts tailored to client needs with the highest service standards
  • Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence
  • Access to Luxaviation's worldwide fleet and resources to support your success

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in private jet charter brokerage or a similar high-end sales role
  • Strong understanding of charter operations and aircraft performance
  • Fluent English required

Compensation

  • from flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and coordination to post-flight follow-up
  • Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence
  • Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant
  • Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends on a rotating basis)
  • Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation
