About the role
- Historically, ETHGlobal has been about running hackathons around the world (we've run a hackathon in every continent except Antarctica!), and we've been very successful at that.
- Hundreds of people have found jobs from our events, won millions in prizes, and some have even started businesses worth tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.
- Today, however, we see a path to be something much larger.

- Coordinate across all ETHGlobal team members to ensure world class event experiences for supporting sponsors
- Represent ETHGlobal with professionalism to the web3 ecosystem and beyond
- You are a relationship facilitator.
- You always do what is best for your client and go the extra mile to make sure they're happy.
- You have an ownership mentality.
- When you take on a task, you get it done.
- You proactively troubleshoot problems blocking your path, and the problems blocking the paths of others.
- You know how to tell a story.
