About the role
- The Admin Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Chief Impact Officer.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meeting and support visitors which include investors, donors, community partners and elected officials.
- The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- managing a highly active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence Prepare and deliver detailed meeting briefs on participants and companies for scheduled meetings.
- Ability to build and steward relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- The Admin Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of zoom, google suite, and excel.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Ability to present information in a concise and easily understood manner.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Organized, proactive/self-starter, creative, detail-oriented, and critical thinking skills required.
- The Admin Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM and data management is a plus.
Skills
- SKILLS & ABILITIES Proven experience as an admin assistant or other relevant project management experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation
- $55,000-$65,000 per year
