Responsibilities
- Reviews and manages assigned staff timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state and company laws, policies, and guidelines.
- The Supervisor, BHS actively collaborates with the Charge Nurse and other members of the shift to ensure the unit runs safely and efficiently.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of supervisory and/or Lead experience

- Maintains adequate staffing of assigned team to ensure an accurate schedule and proper staff to patient ratios.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques
- All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company's exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment

- Supports other clinical leadership and directs, supervises, and evaluates work of assigned Behavioral Health Specialist staff.
- Participates in interview and selection of Behavioral Health Specialists applicants.
- Trains assigned Behavioral Health Specialists with a focus on maintaining a therapeutic milieu and utilization of de-escalation skills, seclusion/restraint, and safe clinch.
- Performs all essential functions of a Behavioral Health Specialist as needed and is responsible for ensuring all responsibilities of the BHS are met.
- The Supervisor, Behavioral Health Specialist oversees the work and supervision of assigned Behavioral Health Specialist staff.
