About the role

This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator.

As the Director, Cardiometabolic Product Marketing, you've got an exciting job to lead the following critical efforts:
Partner with cardiometabolic product and commercial leadership on portfolio strategy and GTM planning, with priority on new product launches.
Lead packaging and pricing for our cardiometabolic products - including go-to-market packaging for new offerings to ensure alignment with the market.
Own the positioning and messaging across the cardiometabolic suite, ensuring an integrated portfolio narrative and clear differentiation for new products.
Lead end-to-end GTM launches for new cardiometabolic products, from pre-launch readiness through launch execution and post-launch optimization.
Partner with Clinical Team and Thought Leadership teams on cardiometabolic evidence generation, reports, and thought leadership planning and messaging

Experience creating KPIs and measurement plans to monitor marketing execution.
Ability to inspire, influence and communicate across all levels of management while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
