About the role
- This is a relationship-driven growth role focused on sourcing and onboarding high-value studios onto Contra.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential creative studios across design, branding, motion, product, development, content, and creative production
- Run outbound outreach and relationship-building with studio founders and operators
- Own the onboarding process from first conversation through activation on Contra
- Help studios build and optimize their Contra presence, including profiles, portfolios, services, and positioning
- Educate studios on how to use Contra to manage payments, contractor payouts, hiring workflows, and client operations
- Build long-term relationships with top studios and act as an ongoing strategic point of contact
- Partner closely with product and growth teams to share feedback and identify opportunities to improve the studio experience

Requirements
- Strong understanding of the creative studio ecosystem
- Experience in partnerships, business development, talent management, recruiting, creator partnerships, or community growth
- Strong taste and ability to identify high-quality creative work
- High ownership and ability to shape the role as the ecosystem grows
Compensation
- We will provide you with a company laptop on your start date
- $100,000 USD base salary + uncapped commission ($120,000 USD OTE)
- Intro Call with Recruiting Team (20 minutes)
- Interview with General Manager, Payments (40 minutes)
- Interview with CEO & Co-Founder (30 minutes)
- Paid Presentation + Case Study (60 minutes)
