Requirements
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with relevant experience, and: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the assembly of mechanical equipment or a similar field.
- Experience with pneumatic and hand tools, basic Engineering drawings, and basic electrical and hydraulic terminology.

Company info
- Be self-motivated, driven, and technically inclined to assemble products with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Assist team members in the assembly of mechanical components into the finished assembly or sub-assembly to defined Engineering tolerances and Engineering drawings within defined quality levels and expected time to achieve due dates.
- Wire standard and non-standard electrical assemblies to within defined quality levels and expected time to achieve due dates.
- Pipe standard and non-standard hydraulic assemblies to within defined quality levels and expected time to achieve due dates.
- Test completed assemblies to defined Engineering procedures, correcting any discrepancies so the product quality and function are secured.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks independently.
- Provide feedback to the Team Leader or status board for safety, product improvement, ease of operation to reduce time, and cost savings.
- Promote the 5S culture of Alfa Laval through maintenance of tools, organizing a clean work area, and striving to increase safety and productivity.
- Receive and follow work instructions provided by the team leader.
