Array Behavioral Care is hiring an evening specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states.

Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time
Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth
Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses.

The pay range for this role is $150 - $195 an hour.
This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data.

The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Simultaneously serving multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care
Utilizing a collaborative care approach within your partner's healthcare treatment team
You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home.
Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.
