About the role
- This role will encompass responsibilities related to global logistics, import and export customs, and trade compliance.
- In addition, the Logistics Coordinator will take ownership of various assignments that contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
- Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data, or other laws.
Responsibilities
- Create trade documents, including commercial invoices, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, including consular, legalisation, or translation activities.
- Manage duty and tax payments while maintaining accurate records.
- Adhere to company document retention guidelines for dispatched goods, ensuring compliance with shipping instructions, receipt of customs entries with departure messages, and acquisition of shipment paperwork.
- Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.
Requirements
- Ensure import permits and licenses are for seamless importation when required.
- Proficiency in handling US/EU Export Controlled information.
