About the role
- This role is ideal for a hands-on superintendent who is comfortable traveling, managing multiple stakeholders, and leading field operations on high-profile, schedule-driven projects.
- The Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining jobsite safety, coordinating subcontractors, driving schedules, managing inspections, and ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to client standards.
- Experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules and high client expectations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of safety, quality control, sequencing, and field coordination.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred.
- Experience with sitework, concrete, structural steel, MEP coordination, fire/life safety, paving, and final turnover.
