About the role

Expected Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 Work where your work matters.
This position is full time onsite, 40 hours per week; will work a traditional schedule.
Stay current with trends in learning and development.

Design and develop engaging training materials and programs.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand team-specific training requirements.
Track training outcomes and manage training records.
5 years of proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and work process training. Experience in implementing successful onboarding programs that accelerate new hire time-to-productivity.

For positions acting in a principal capacity to federal funds (Head Start Program Performance Standards 1304.11, Code of Federal Regulations Title 2 Grants and Agreements 2.180.320 and 2.180.995)
Bilingual preferred.
Ability to converse, write and/or translate in English and Armenian / Spanish
