About the role
- This individual will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental remediation, contaminated site cleanup, or environmental construction.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple environmental remediation projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Track labor, equipment, and material costs to maintain project profitability.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Perform site visits to monitor safety, quality, and production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of lead abatement, mold remediation, or industrial hygiene projects.
Requirements
- Experience managing asbestos abatement projects is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong understanding of contaminated soil, groundwater remediation, excavation, or environmental construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Preferred Experience with asbestos abatement or hazardous materials remediation.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar platforms.
