About the role
- Position Overview Sacramento Ultrasound Institute (SUI) is seeking experienced hospital managers, supervisors, or clinical leaders to serve as Clinical Workforce Integration Advisors.
- Advisors provide practical feedback based on their on-the-ground experience supervising staff, onboarding new hires, and managing clinical operations.
- This advisory role is strictly limited to providing educational program feedback and workforce alignment insights based on the advisor's professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise on factors that influence hospital willingness to support student rotations and provide guidance on improving and repairing clinical site relationships.
- Participate as a member of SUI's Program Advisory Board and contribute input that supports accreditation, program quality, and continuous improvement.
- Provide occasional strategic input on workforce alignment summaries, partnership discussions, and messaging intended for hospital partners.
- Current or recent hospital manager, supervisor, lead technologist, or department leader
Requirements
- Familiarity with hospital workflows, productivity expectations, and clinical culture
