About the role
- This full-time position must commute within a two-hour radius of Melville, New York for a hybrid schedule (2 days or more at designated office location and remainder work-from-home).

- Efficiently provide consultative technical/analytical and functional support to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements

- MUST HAVE Qualifications:
Nice to have
- 4+ years of experience with MS Office, including Intermediate Excel- Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Formulas, etc., and a working knowledge of project accounting systems and document management software tools.
- Preferred Skills: (These may set candidates apart)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
Skills
- Experience with Electric Utility and Construction projects, Capital projects.
- Experience supporting FEMA-funded projects. (PA, HMGP, Grants Admin-Compliance (not IA)
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, critical thinking skills, and integrity and ethics.
- Federal contract administration and management.
- Must have dedicated workspace and strong, reliable internet for remote work from home.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management Software).

Compensation
- While the range below is broader for career growth, this position will offer a base salary of $100K to $110K.
