About the role

  • As the Quality Digital & Innovation, Principal Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and continuous improvement across Quality operations.
  • Your work will directly contribute to Takeda's mission of delivering Better Health and a Brighter Future to patients worldwide.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and digital innovation across Quality and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Quality, Digital, IT, and business stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledge management materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and implement sustainable business solutions.

Requirements

  • What you bring to Takeda: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, IT Service Management, Digital Transformation, Quality Systems, or a related field required.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for service management, workflow automation, and process optimization required.
  • Experience leading business process improvement, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives required.
  • Experience implementing automation technologies and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex business processes and data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions required.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices required
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Compensation

  • $103,500.00 - $162,690.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
  • The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

Benefits

  • U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
