About the role

During peak season, this role will serve as a pivotal leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence and cross-department collaboration.
Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets and deadlines, including strict adherence to established production centerlines.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.

The Production Supervisor will be trained and assigned on a rotational schedule to support and lead key operational areas Juice processing, Arils processing and Sanitation.
Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Arils manufacturing processes, ensuring uniformity and adherence to quality standards.
Effectively manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies to guarantee uninterrupted production.
Maintain precise production records and reports for review of upper management review regarding comprehensive performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
Manage the Arils facility FMDS (floor management development systems) board and conduct daily meetings.
Collaborate with the sanitation lead to identify key cleaning areas and implement enhancements to sanitation procedures.
Able to manage and execute directives.
With nearly two million pomegranate trees in Central California, we grow, handpick and juice our own pomegranates to ensure the highest quality.

At least 2-4 years progressively responsible Production experience in a supervisory capacity, with a specific emphasis in manufacturing preferably within a production/manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Assess required workforce and develop a labor model aligned with production requirements.
Ability to see the "big picture" business perspective but is willing to "roll up their sleeves" and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and assistance to all levels of employees.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to employ creative and innovative thought processes.
