About the role
- This role is responsible for translating the CEO's vision into actionable results by directly managing the administrative and operational needs of the agency's leadership team.
- The Chief of Staff focuses on organizational alignment, ensuring that departmental leaders have the clarity and resources needed to execute the CEO's directives.
- This role ensures the agency's internal infrastructure remains high-performing, allowing the CEO and VP to focus on long-term strategy and growth.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and lead three of the agency's senior leadership team, including the Creative Director, Director, Analytics, and Sr, Product Owner.
Requirements
- A high degree of emotional intelligence to coach Directors, work with Director, HR to mediate conflicts, and maintain morale within the leadership tier ·
- Ability to see the "big picture" of the agency and understand how a change in one department cascades through the company ·
- Advanced ability to distinguish between "urgent" and "important" tasks, shielding the CEO and VP from operational noise ·
- The ability to remain grounded and effective in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly
