About the role

  • Job Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing services to patients in residential care facilities, behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment programs.
  • Experience and Education Qualifications: - Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice. - Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.

Responsibilities

  • They work to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and provide support through various nursing duties across outpatient psychiatry, addiction, and housing services.

Requirements

  • Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.

  • Able to assess and provide feedback on programs and services to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with others, embracing diverse perspectives and approaches.
