- Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join our IT Division as a Network Administrator (Telecommunications Specialist).
Nice to have
- Troubleshooting any network equipment or connection issues (Routers, Layer 2 and 3 switches, WAN acceleration devices, firewalls, etc)
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing network equipment upgrades
- Ability to convey ideas to multiple audiences
- Provide proposals and recommendations for network enhancements
- Occasional maintenance or upgrades that fall outside of normal business hours are required
- Administration of voice systems
- Dynamic Routing Protocols (including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP)
- Data Center knowledge (including VDC, VPC, Port-Channeling, HSRP, Spanning Tree, etc.)
