About the role

The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives.
Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
Lead planning sessions and team meetings.
Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers.
Platform Management: Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.

Technical Expertise: Ability to read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives.

Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.

Ability to align platform initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in creating technical and end-user documentation with Jira.
Solid understanding and experience with the API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs.

Present information effectively in training sessions with employees and other departments.
Cultural Sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes.
