About the role
- The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
- Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near-shore, and off-shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), and process flows.
- Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
- Create technical and end-user documentation for platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of platform features.
- Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
- Lead planning sessions and team meetings.
- Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers.

- Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog, organizing requirements into Epics, features, and stories to facilitate efficient project execution.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Ability to read and understand C# code, and leverage prior experience with API development, SQL Server, and Postman or Bruno, to drive technical platform initiatives.

- Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in creating technical and end-user documentation with Jira.
- Solid understanding and experience with the API development, SQL Server, and testing APIs.
