About the role

Individual will be responsible for placing outbound calls to patients and assisting them through the entire refill process as well as receiving inbound pharmacy phone calls.
Other: energetic, highly motivated, team player with strong personal and communication skills; discretion and confidentiality essential as position deals with highly sensitive and private data.

Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required.
Should additional licensure need to be obtained, the applicant will commit to obtaining the required licensure within a mutually agreed upon timeframe.
Continued employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements.
5-8 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Job Salary:

The current pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.
The actual hourly salary within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant factors.

This role will work closely with health system pharmacy staff and Shields liaisons by emphasizing accurate workflows and leveraging technology to support optimal patient care and efficient operations.
