About the role
- This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with general liability, premises and hospital security, and/or catastrophic loss experience who are looking to develop in their careers by joining a dynamic national coordinating counsel team.
- This is a unique opportunity to develop a close relationship with one of our national clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Meaningful Work: Handle sophisticated matters alongside experienced attorneys and partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of civil defense, ideally including experience in premises liability, catastrophic loss, and general liability
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California
- Dispositive motion practice experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
Nice to have
- Premises and hospital security experience a plus
Compensation
- $170,000 - $200,000 USD
