About the role
- In this hybrid role, your primary responsibility will be operating a box truck shuttle between local sites (Tulsa 1 and Tulsa 2)-driving approximately 15 miles each way with an average of 4 loads completed daily.
- You will take full ownership of vehicle safety, cargo security, and load accuracy.
- When not actively behind the wheel, you will work directly on the floor participating in general material handling, receiving, inventory control, and pallet inspections.
Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck or similar vehicle between Tulsa 1 and Tulsa 2 to transport, deliver, and pick up products, equipment, and materials (averaging ~4 runs daily, 15 miles each way).

- General Upkeep & Safety: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, assisting with general maintenance and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements
- No CDL is required for this position.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (No CDL required).
- Physical Capability: Ability to physically lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis during loading, unloading, and warehouse operations.
- Cargo Mastery: Demonstrated ability to independently load, strap, and secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $26 -$28/Hr + Bonus.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. (#INDMFG)
