Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, and other household components
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Support job site setup and breakdown at customer homes

Complete required documentation, reporting, and status updates daily
1-3 years of experience in residential construction, field service, in-home customer service, or installation work
Basic plumbing and/or electrical experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
Ability to safely use ladders (up to three stories)
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds as needed
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.

BPI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 3-6 months (company-sponsored)

This position supports the greater Memphis, TN area.
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Energy Technician to join our team.
In this role, you'll lead the installation of energy-efficiency upgrades that help homeowners reduce energy usage and lower utility costs.
You'll work across a designated territory using a company-provided vehicle, supporting utility and weatherization programs while delivering high-quality service to customers.
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.
