  • Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases-within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.
  • Partner with Product GTM & Marketing leadership on product & messaging launches tailored based on each commercial team member across pre and post sales, iterating based on in market impact and best practices
  • Develop and train verticalized deal playbooks for land & expand, and renew & grow
  • Partner with our commercial leadership to develop and execute our Sales Kick Off
  • The Revenue Enablement Leader will help build and deliver programs to drive world-class customer-facing execution for our revenue organization.
  • Develop and design a cohesive approach to enabling all customer-facing roles that aligns to LiveRamp's long-term strategy, contributes to business performance, and optimizes customer satisfaction and role specific needs
  • Curate and manage our enablement vendor portfolio

Requirements

  • You might be a fit for this role if you have:

Nice to have

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales with proven attainment and/or running a revenue (sales/post-sales) or sales enablement team
  • You have a get-stuff-done attitude and like to solve problems
  • Have worked for a publicly traded company
  • Strong AI proficiency, especially in platforms/tools such as Gong, Claude, GPT, etc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Experience executing in a customer-facing role (ideally in sales or account management).
  • You're open to traveling 2x per quarter

Skills

  • Proficient with AI tools and capabilities (Gemini, Claude, GPT), Highspot integration into Salesforce,
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret what enablement programs will improve performance metrics.
  • Experience in a tech or data-driven company.
  • Global coordination experience is a plus.
  • Comfort designing resources and leading training sessions for individual contributors, managers and leaders.
  • The approximate annual base compensation range is $130,000 to $191,500.
  • Big picture thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
