About the role
- They will also provide technical leadership and training to maintenance associates.
- This position requires a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment.
- Leadership experience, robotics, pneumatics/hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Team Leader will lead and supervise maintenance associates as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions.
Compensation
- This position requires the person to be a self-starter with a motivation to lead and develop a maintenance team that is capable of improving the overall reliability and health of the plant. ***Range 75,000.00 to 85,000.00 per year.
