About the role
- This role ensures processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- We are hiring for 2nd shift, M - F, 3:00PM - 11:30PM with flexibility to work some Saturdays
- COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION PLANS, 401K MATCH, FAMILY LEAVE, PTO & PAID HOLIDAY SCHEDULE.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine equipment inspection
- Support quality standards and product specifications in coordination with QC and Lab teams
- Maintain accurate production logs, work orders, and operational data
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measurement devices
- Ability to lift up to 57 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and reach regularly
- Ability to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter, review, and maintain production records electronically
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working around machinery and in varying conditions
Nice to have
- Food industry experience preferred
- 1-2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating PLC-controlled or automated processing equipment preferred
