About the role
- We're seeking a detail-oriented On-boarding Coordinator to join our team, responsible for expediting the candidate on-boarding process and ensuring compliance at every stage.
- This role requires proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to guide, train, and resolve any barriers affecting successful and timely completion of on-boarding deliverables.
- Resolve or escalate on-boarding issues according to company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Contact candidates via phone and email to ensure receipt and completion of all on-boarding documents and requirements necessary for new hire start.
- Maintain regular communication with Hiring Managers to track progress on compliance and completion of employee files.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in designated HR and on-boarding systems.
Nice to have
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, including field staff and executives.
- Skilled in managing high call volumes and detailed documentation.
- Proficient with multiple online platforms and HR software applications.
- Effective problem-solving and professional judgment.
- Minimum two years of experience in human resources or related roles.
- Training and Equipment: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with iCIMS and Ceridian preferred.
