Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy quality processes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and process documentation to comply with organizational standards.
- Support receiving, finishing, and weld teams to ensure a reliable supply of conforming components to production to meet build requirements.
- Partner with and advise design engineering, vendors and suppliers on matters concerning dimensioning/tolerancing as they relate to finished goods quality.
- Familiar with design and inspection software utilization (CAD, Polyworks, etc.)
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD models.
- Working knowledge of SAP transactions related to quality, iBase, and inventory.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Quality Assurance Supervisor is regularly required to use hands to manipulate or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in manufacturing technology, nondestructive testing, or equivalent technical area of study preferred, High School or equivalent required.
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between Salary range is $63,300 - $80,000.
