About the role
- We're looking for an engineering technician who is eager to jump into a small team working towards designing an optimally performing pyrolyzer, the backbone of Charm Industrial's operations and mission.
- You'll work to continuously improve hardware and systems to meet key performance metrics like carbon conversion and reliability.
- If you're safety-minded, proactive, mechanically confident, and can prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis, we'd love to talk with you!
Responsibilities
- You'll be working alongside a cross-functional team of engineers to design, build, and test novel pyrolysis platforms, while also supporting ongoing operations with the B-Series fleet (and future D/E series machines).
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the Engineering team, providing valuable insight when troubleshooting design and operational challenges.
- Give written and verbal feedback on the design and operation of the equipment.
Requirements
- Use machinery and powered equipment (i.e. forklift, personnel baskets, telehandler,scissor lifts, etc) when required for test preparation or execution.
