About the role
- As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase.
- You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams.
Responsibilities
- Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows
- Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflows
- Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group's risk management standards and processing approvals

Requirements
- Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilities
- Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritization
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
