Responsibilities

  • Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.
  • Your Role As a BCBA at BHW, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress.
  • You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

Requirements

  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by assigned cases, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection.

Compensation

  • $85,000-95,000 Annually (DOE) #BCBALA
