Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of the global EHS program in support of enterprise growth and geographic expansion.
  • Implement and maintain global EHS policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct multi-site risk assessments and lead mitigation programs across manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and office environments.
  • Build and manage EHS training programs, site-level safety committees, and supporting documentation to maintain operational readiness.
  • Lead incident response protocols, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and operational compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed safety and environmental standards into daily operations.
  • You will drive compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations, safeguard employees and operations, and strengthen enterprise risk management practices.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in multi-site or global environments.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, R&D, or operational environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
  • Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on safety strategy and compliance risk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leading audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Work Location
  • This role is based out of our Scottsdale or Boston location and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
