- Reporting to the Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for being the heartbeat of our production floor-assembling the mechanical core of the cutting-edge equipment that welders rely on every day.
- From power supplies and wire feeders to torches and gas systems, your job is to piece together the future of metalwork.
Responsibilities
- Spot misalignments, mechanical faults, or design quirks during assembly and work with engineering or QC to resolve them.
Requirements
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times on the shop floor, including:
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet production demands.
- Working Conditions
- Safety glasses
- Steel-toed safety shoes
Nice to have
- High school degree or equivalent
- Mechanical assembly experience, preferably in heavy-duty equipment, industrial tools, or welding systems.
- Solid understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems
- hydraulic experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and assembly instructions.
- Manual dexterity, mechanical intuition, and pride in precision.
- Comfort working with metal parts, sharp edges, and a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- This position is based in a dynamic manufacturing facility, where safety, precision, and teamwork come first.
