Responsibilities
- Perform as Subject Matter Expert for equipment and repair methods. Support the planning, maintenance execution organization, and asset owners in this capacity
- Closely collaborate with Asset Engineers in Asset Strategy optimization

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related degree with at least 3 years' experience OR Master's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related degree with at least 2 years' experience
- Basic Qualifications
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Green Belt Trained
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Maturing analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of different troubleshooting methodologies.
- Working knowledge of repair methods and techniques, and best practices (including but not limited to vessel and pipe repair, pump maintenance, lifting techniques, and welding)
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with site management
Skills
- Maturing knowledge of rotating and static equipment used in chemical processing
- Maturing analytical and problem-solving skills. Awareness of different troubleshooting methodologies.
- Understanding of general Maintenance Procedures/Work processes ( i.e. Planning, Scheduling, Execution)
- Ability to ensure application and compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures while performing engineering activities.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills. Ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with site management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be a productive member of a team
