- - Assign jobs or loads to drivers, technicians, or field staff based on location, availability, and skills
- - Coordinate schedules and route plans for efficiency and timely delivery/service
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
- Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional hours during peak periods.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Multitasking & time management under pressure
- Problem-solving skills for route changes, emergencies, and conflicts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations.
- Familiarity with dispatching software, TMSd manage time effectively.
